Welcome to Zilem Method ("the Service"). By accessing or using zilemmethod.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service provides a browser-based video metadata optimization tool: it accepts MP4 and MOV files you upload, processes container metadata in transit, and returns a processed file for you to download. The Service does not store your videos after processing.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service when signing in with Discord.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform (including TikTok) on which you publish processed content.
3. Accounts & security
Access is tied to your Discord account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access that violates these terms or threatens the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Only process videos you own or are authorized to modify.
- Do not use the Service to create malware, phishing, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Content & license
You retain all rights to your videos. You grant us only the limited, transient rights needed to provide the Service (receiving, processing, returning your file). We do not claim ownership and do not sell or share your videos.
6. Quotas, donations & refunds
- Free and paid tiers may include weekly processing quotas, which reset automatically.
- Donations are voluntary contributions that fund the Service.
- Refunds are handled per applicable law; contact support@zilemmethod.com within 14 days of any issue.
7. Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, pause, or discontinue features, quotas, or processing engines at any time.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific TikTok performance or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Service from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
